1-3 cups a day may improve digestion, aid in detoxification, support the immune system, reduce inflammation, support hormonal & reproductive health, and aid in stress relief and relaxation.

For best results, apply your castor oil lash and brow serum once daily, preferably at night before bed. Since castor oil is thick and deeply nourishing, overnight absorption allows it to work effectively.

Change the brush every 1–3 months for personal use to keep it clean and avoid contamination. Change it more frequently if you notice clumping, buildup, or irritation after application.

Avoid sharing the same brush with others

Wash the brush weekly with warm, soapy water or a gentle cleanser, then rinse thoroughly and let it dry completely before reusing.
