Refund policy

1. Loose-Leaf Tea
    •    All Sales Final: Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on loose-leaf tea.
    •    Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will offer a replacement or store credit.

2. Castor Oil Under-Eye Patches & Eyelash Serum
    •    Unopened Returns: We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    •    Opened Products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. However, if you experience an issue (such as an allergic reaction), please contact us, and we may offer a partial refund or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
    •    Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will replace it free of charge.

3. Refund Processing

    •    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is received and approved.
    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
